Making Appointments
Please book your treatments in advance over the phone or online (instant confirmation will be provided 24/7) to ensure the appointment time you would like is available. Have your credit card handy. Keep in mind that our Evening appointments are popular and fill very quickly. You will receive a courtesy Text approximately 48 hours before your visit to ensure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice on all services. Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance a 50% cancellation fee will apply for your reserved time booked.  

All consultations are a valuable service. There is a upfront fee of $40 at the time of booking for PRP and Skin appointments. This is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied towards the purchase of your treatment upon booking your lab fees. If you do not go ahead with treatment, this fee will be non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your consultation appointment and you do not provide 24 hours notice in advance, this fee will also be non-refundable.   

Your payment will be processed safely and securely using PayPal online payment system or e-transfer.

Credit Card
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment for new Patients.   A deposit is required for all services that require Lab orders for treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit, paypal and e-Transfer.

Taxes
Applicable taxes are not included.
